Hop latent viroid (HLVd) RT-qPCR Detection Assay

RT-qPCR Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd) detection assay. Specifically designed for Cannabis, including both hemp and marijuana. The HLVd detection assay includes an internal control, which amplifies a native Cannabis gene to aid in verifying negative results.

Designed for use with Promega GoTaq® Probe qPCR Master Mix (A6120, A6121).

Each amplification signal is detected on the following channels:

• HLVd - FAM (520 nm)
• Cannabis Internal Control - HEX (555 nm)
