More than 21 days before the workshop: Full refund.

7–21 days before the workshop: 50% refund. Materials preparation begins in this window.

Within 7 days of the workshop: No refund. You may transfer your registration to a future session if space is available.

If Phlo Bio cancels or reschedules the workshop for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled date.
