Cannabis cryptic virus (CanCV) qPCR Detection Assay

Duplex qPCR Cannabis Cryptic Virus (CanCV) detection assay. Specifically designed for Cannabis, including both hemp and marijuana. The CanCV detection assay includes an internal control, which amplifies a native Cannabis gene to aid in verifying negative results.  

Each amplification signal is detected on the following channels:

• CanCV - FAM (520 nm)
• Cannabis internal control - HEX (555 nm)
