How engagements work
Most start with a call or email describing your operation and what you're trying to achieve. From there we talk it through, and you get a scoped proposal, project-based for defined deliverables, or retainer-based for ongoing technical support.
Remote work covers system design, protocol development, troubleshooting, and technical review. I'm also available for on-site training and support.
There's no charge for working out whether there's a fit. If the answer is that you don't need what I do, I'll tell you.
